All items will be good condition or better. ( Good or new or like new only) unless otherwise noted in description. Good condition means item will not need repairs may have cosmetic blemishes only no major damage mot missing parts or components. ALL LOTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED HAVE BEEN UPDATED WITH INFO AND PICS. we have some great pieces of high end wayfair furniture top 3 pieces retail for over $11k together. We just got outdoor amazon which includes pools, auto lawn mover robots grills and more. We also are liquidation remaining warehouse items Alot of items starts at $5 no reserve no holds. Except high end wayfair items which may have a soft reserve. where we may or may not sell item if it isnt close to our cost. pickup will be monday tuesday wednesday with online appointment booking only you will get link with invoice to schedule. We have staff Monday tuesday wednesday only. No staff Saturday so bring help for heavy items. we will only have forklift to lift items. 90% of people do not tip staff . So if help is requested we will start charging a $5-20 fee based on item weight for all pickups. bidder is responsible for all lifting and loading of items. We will have items on table or out front ready for customer to load. all late payment have a 25% buyer premium. all items not picked up by end of pickup schedule will have 25% buyers premium. If card declines the buyers premium is 15% if we have to run card again. if payment is not received by 12pm monday buyers premium is 18% please register with a valid credit card and if you blocked your card please pay promptly with zelle or venmo. we charge immeditely after auction closes. between 8 and 9pm sunday night. 10% bp is for those who have spend $250 or more and have at least 10 items. ( $3 items or $200 items doesnt matter) all others pay 15%. we charge 3% for cc.
