Shipping Policy
1. General Information
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after the auction concludes and full payment is received (these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed). Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers throughout the US depending on the item location. If there are any unforeseen shipping delays due to extenuating circumstances, you will be notified via email with an updated shipping estimate. Once the package has left our facility, we have no control over its delivery. This includes the number of delivery attempts made or any issues encountered with locating the address provided by the winning bidder. For any concerns regarding delivery, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided.
In accordance with SEUYCO's fraud protection policies, all items must be shipped to the address listed on the paid invoice receipt. Any requests to change the shipping address after payment is received will incur a $4.99 address change fee. If items are returned to SEUYCO due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or shipping errors, the buyer must make a second payment for shipping. Additionally, the buyer will be responsible for covering any associated fees and taxes related to the returned lot(s). SEUYCO WILL NOT CANCEL THE SALE OF AN ITEM DUE TO SHIPPING COSTS.
Shipping Carriers: We use all major carriers to deliver our orders. Requests to ship via a specific carrier can be made but are subject to additional rates and fees IF the request can be accommodated. Items being shipped to a PO Box must be shipped via USPS. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, SEUYCO is not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that may occur during transit. Our responsibility ends when the carrier takes possession of the package.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping: SEUYCO Auctions offers free domestic shipping to the 48 contiguous states (see exclusions below). Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be calculated and added to your invoice AFTER the initial payment is received. While we strive to offer free shipping on many of our items, certain products are excluded from this offer due to their dimensions including size and weight, value, or special handling requirements. Items that do not qualify for free shipping include, but are not limited to:
Oversized items such as furniture, framed or large artwork, or heavy items.
High-value items such as fine jewelry, expensive electronics, and rare collectibles that require additional insurance.
Fragile items that require special packing and handling, including glassware and antiques.
Shipping costs for these items will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping for a specific item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SEUYCO Auctions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Refusal to pay imposed fees will result in item abandonment or return to sender. In either case, the items will be considered forfeited unless the receiver pays for reshipment. Any questions regarding processing times or payments should be directed to your local customs office.
5. Damages
SEUYCO Auctions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim within three days of the item being marked as delivered. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Provide images showing the damage to both the package and its contents. Without these images, we will be unable to process the claim.
6. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@seuyco.com with details of the product and the defect. Save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Provide images showing the damage to both the package and its contents. Without these images, we will be unable to process the claim. Once the return has been approved, you can send the item you consider defective to:

We accept the following forms of payment: AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. If you choose to pay by credit card, please note an additional surcharge on the transaction amount will be imposed, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. If new bidders lack a sufficient history of successful auction payments or the winning bid exceeds $2,500, the winning bidder may be required to make their payment via wire transfer. Payments made via e-check or ACH take 5-7 business days to clear.
2. Payment Deadlines
Payment must be made within twenty-four (24) hours from the auction's conclusion. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of the item. If payment has not been received after five (5) days from the conclusion of the auction, a Bidder Chargeoff may be filed. If a bidder receives multiple chargeoffs, their account may be suspended until all unpaid invoices are resolved.
3. Invoicing
After the auction concludes, winning bidders will receive an invoice via email detailing the total amount due, including the winning bid, buyer’s premium, shipping costs, processing fee (if paying via credit/debit card), and applicable taxes.

All payments are processed securely. We do not have access to credit card details, nor do we share customer financial details with any third parties.
5. Late Payments
If payment is not received within 3 days (72 hours) of the auction's conclusion, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item. Repeated late payments may result in bidding privileges being revoked. Additionally, if the item is no longer available by the time payment is made, SEUYCO Auctions reserves the right to either replace the item or issue a SEUYCO credit to be used towards a future purchase outside of auction. The credit must be used within one year from the date payment is received.

4. Reserve Price
Some items may have a reserve price. If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold. If the item is not sold, it may still be available for purchase out of auction.
5. Auction Conclusion
The auction ends at the specified time. In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, SEUYCO reserves the right to extend or cancel the auction.
6. Winning Bidders
Winning bidders will be notified via email with instructions on how to complete their purchase.
7. Non-Payment
If the winning bidder fails to pay for an item within the specified timeframe, SEUYCO reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the item to the next highest bidder or re-list it in a future auction. Non-payment may result in a dispute filed against the winning bidder.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the auction process will be resolved at the sole discretion of SEUYCO. Bidders agree to abide by the final decision of SEUYCO.
9. Changes to Policies
SEUYCO reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting them.
