All items sold as is items come from overstocks, returns, bulk stocks. We try our best to put what is wrong with items but cannot guarantee items can get missed. Items can be missing nuts, bolts, and thing that originally came in boxes. If you have any questions feel free to call or email.

There is no releasing of items past the scheduled pick-up times without prior approval. Failure to abide by auction pick up schedule could get you permanently blocked as bidder. Any declines of card on file will result in the forfeit of all merchandise and you will no longer be allowed to bid on Hummingbird ReStore's Auctions. Items not picked up are considered abandoned and disposed of by Hummingbird Restore Inc.
Items are available for inspection at specified times and location it is the buyer/bidder's responsibility, to determine condition. Failure to inspect is not considered grounds to claim, refund, adjustments, Or charge backs, etc. We do our best to describe as we know but you should do the determination of condition. all items sold as is. WE DO OUR BEST TO CHECK ITEMS BUT IT IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY ITEMS.
ALL OUT OF STATE BIDDERS MAY BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY AT END OF AUCTION SO PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS IF NOT SAME OR YOU ARE LOCAL AT THIS TIME IF DO NOT WANT THE CARD CHARGED.
CASH ACCEPTED ONLY ON THURSDAY. CARDS USED TO REGISTER WILL BE BILLED FOR BALANCE DUE ABOUT 4PM ON THURSDAY. PLEASE NOTIFY WHAT TIME AND DAY YOU NEED TO PICK UP.
Shipping: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ALL SHIPPING/HANDLING FOR YOUR ITEM TO BE SHIPPED. If you need shipping and then determine the cost is too much for shipping you are still bound by terms to pay for item and get it picked up by the last pick-up time.

The auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description as may be necessary at any time without notice.

Payments are required made in full before removal of any item. You will need to pick up by the last pick-up date and time registered.
Sales tax will be charged unless buyer/bidder provides proper tax exemptions form and sales and use tax permit. Sales tax cannot be refunded.

If you bidder/buyer is interested or need shipping bidder/buyer must request quote for shipping before bidding. If items can be shipped bidder/buyer will be responsible for all expenses related to Shipping/handling and for cost of item{s} bid on. Will get quote asap after notification of need/want to ship quotes are an estimate of the charges for shipping and handling these can changed based on carrier charges at time of shipment. If have not requested quote prior to end of auction it will be the discretion of auction if will be able to ship if not buyer/bidder will be responsible for pick up.
