By signing the invoice and/or leaving the pick-up area with the order, you accept the order as-is without any exceptions. By signing the invoice (whether by yourself or by your representative/agent), you release the Company from liability and take full responsibility for the contents of the order. You explicitly acknowledge that once the transaction is complete and/or the items are removed from the premises by you (or your representative/agent), the Company will not provide any refunds, returns, or credits. Shipping/Transportation Options: A. USPS Priority Mail: SECONDWIND will pack coins, jewelry, and small items (up to 12 inches in its largest dimension, excluding art) for shipping via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Additional shipping fees will be added to invoices if this service is selected. SECONDWIND will ship coins, jewelry, and small items upon the winning bidder's request, made before or during the bidding process. Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance through USPS. SECONDWIND is not liable for shipping delays due to incomplete bidder addresses or profiles, USPS operations, or damage or loss of packages caused by USPS. If bidder fails to pick-up or pay for the items won in the auction as per the site's terms and conditions, those items will be deemed abandoned and/or forfeited by you. You agree that ownership of these items will revert to SECONDWIND without any refund or compensation to you for the forfeited items. You acknowledge that the failure to receive any items in the event of abandonment/forfeiture does not exempt you from your obligation to pay all associated fees and expenses. You will be responsible for paying SECONDWIND all applicable taxes, shipping/transportation costs, insurance, storage and handling fees, moving or disposal charges, as well as any collections and legal fees incurred prior to and because of such abandonment and/or forfeiture. SECONDWIND retains the sole discretion to resell, dispose of, and/or donate the abandoned and/or forfeited items to a charity of its choosing. Additionally, SECONDWIND reserves the right to report your account to collections for the combined total of the original invoice amount and any moving or disposal charges.
