We cannot guarantee availability of staff at any other time besides pick up times. Late pickup will be charged $5 per lot / per day for storage ($10 PER LOT PER DAY for furniture). YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE CONTACT with staff via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com if you are unavailable to pick up on pick up day and request an alternate day. Alternate day/time will be based upon availability of staff. We do not have space to store items, so we must move them around which uses labor and increases chances for loss and breakage. Failure to pick up items within 7 days after the auction closing time will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items will become property of the auction company to be resold for storage fees without a refund. Failure to pick up items in a timely manner will result in restricted bidding privileges. Buyers purchasing large or heavy items, MUST bring appropriate vehicles and sufficient help to load. If you are requesting shipping, you are required to make contact via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com to request shipping. $10 handling fee will be added to any items that are shipped. Items will be grouped when applicable for shipping. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.
