You must be 21 to bid on rifle & shotguns or rifle & shotgun ammo. Gun pick up by appointment only. $20. cash only transfer fee per gun due at time of pick up. TRANSFER FEE. DOES NOT INCLUDE BLACK POWDER OR BB GUNS.

8. There are no previews scheduled for this auction. All previews will be by appointment only for this auction. Please call John at 919-906-0385 to set an appointment for viewing.
9. After auction, items must be picked up By Appointment Only Call John919-906-0385. We cannot be responsible for damage to items left at our warehouse after check out date.
10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. Items not picked up may be subject to storage, warehousing, and handling fees. Fee dependant on item, payable as cash.
11. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for John Pischke Auctioneer NCAL 9625.
12. Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625. 13. We can ship in the continental U.S ONLY.
14. For any single lot or invoice amount that is over $2500.00 we reserve the right to request payment by bank wire transfer or cash.
