Lots begin closing Sun. Dec.3rd @ 6pm. Two fine homes,one GREAT AUCTION!! This auction features items from two partial estates(1 living,1 deceased).These homes are located just 4.5 miles apart and will require pickup from each location. Each lot will have RHA or RHB in the listing to differentiate pickup location. In home previews for all registered bidders Sat. Dec. 2 12pm - 3pm. See it in person,bid online. It benefits you to view the items in person to distinguish nuances and scale. It always pays you to attend previews. Once registration is completed,the addresses will be sent to your email. Pickup will be Fri. Dec. 8th 10am - 4pm & Sat. Dec. 9th 10am - 4pm. Note: Gold jewelry & sterling flatware are being helf off site but will be available for preview. All furniture located upstairs in both homes will be moved to downstairs areas.This will make things much simpler at pickup. RHA items we will move downstairs include the bedroom set,settee,walnut bookcase,two striped chairs,cherry end table,two Napoleon arm chairs,glass top sofa table,game table,treadmill,& rowing machine. The M3 weight machine will be the repsonsibilty of the buyer to dissasemble and move. Bring help for that item. We will utilize the garage for most items to make things easier on you. In the case of RHB,we will place most of the larger items in the garage.This includes the bar,dining room set,the chests of drawers,and office desk.The curio and credenza are a straight shot out the front door and will be left inside.We will break the beds down,but leave them inside the home.The bed upstairs will be brought down. The garage here is large,clean,and mostly empty. This will expedite the pickup process and make it much easier on you at pickup time.
