Stat § 44A-4(e), and pursuant to the Judgment in Action for Summary Ejectment entered in New Hanover County, in the case captioned Latham Family Holdings, LLC v. James T. Cook, 23 CVM823, Small Claims Division, Latham Family Holdings, LLC, the Lienor, will offer for public sale at auction to the highest bidder for cash on October 28, 2023, at 10 a.m. at 5936 Market Street, Wilmington, North Carolina 28405 in New Hanover County the following trailers located on Lots 4,6,9,20,21,23, Dodge Ram Truck and Boat/Trailer on property. All property shall be sold subject to all liens, unpaid taxes, encumbrances or restrictions, if any. NOTE**the public auction will extinguish Latham Family Holdings, LLC liens. Once the public sale happens and the high bidder removes the personal property from the property site, Latham Family Holdings, LLC will no longer have a lien against the personal property. On site sheds will also be auctioned as personal property with no liens.
