INSPECTION: If you are able to perform an on-site Inspection prior to bidding Elite Auctioneering Services highly encourages this as it will be by appointment only. Please understand all Items are Sold In "AS IS" Condition. Descriptions of the Items are believed to be correct and have been conscientiously described by a reliable source, however the Auctioneer or Seller does not guarantee the stated descriptions. Bidding on the item is the bidder's acceptance of the condition of the item based on their inspection. Whether the inspection was done in person or on-line the failure of the bidder to inspect the Items does not constitute grounds for dispute. Please ask all questions before bidding.
Auction Closing Time: The auctions will end with any bidding activity that will extend an additional 60 seconds on each Item. If there is no bidding activity within the last 60 seconds, the auction will close.
Software Failure: In the event there are any technical difficulties that are related to the system of any such, the auctioneer reserves the right to extend the bidding, close the bidding, or continue the bidding. The online bidding software shall be responsible for any missed bids or any malfunction to the system during the bidding. The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, or re-schedule the auction event with no explanation. The Auctioneer reserves the right at any time to make changes to any auctions. If any changes are made during this event an email will be sent to the email on file to the registered bidder with all updated information that was given during registration.
Buyer's Premium & Payment: A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be charged on all online bidding.
Example: An item in an auction sells for $100. There is a ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium charged at the auction. The total price (before any applicable sales tax) would be $100.00 x 10%, giving a buyer’s premium of $10. Settlement for payment for purchases will be through Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover immediately following the auction.
North Carolina Sales Tax: Please understand that items won will be charged at the required rate. If you are tax exempt you will need to have E595e on file with Elite Auctioneering Services to not be charged or you will be charged, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pickup of Won Items: All items won must be picked up within the posted pickup time that we have allowed. Winning bidders for local pickup will receive the pickup address on the Settlement (via email) once there are no outstanding invoices to be paid. Elite Auctioneering Services does not ship. The items shipped will require a 3rd party shipping service at the buyer's expense. The items will be taken within 7-10 days after the auction has ended to the third party shipping service. The third party shipping service will contact the buyer directly for shipping/handling cost. Winning bidders for items to be shipped will receive the third party service contact information/address on the settlement (via email). ELITE AUCTIONEERING SERVICES IS NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS ONCE THE ITEMS HAVE BEEN DROPPED OFF. If no contact has been made about winning items and are not picked up within 7 days the items will be turned over to the auction company and you may be suspended to bid. Please understand that Elite Auctioneering Services does not provide tools, labor, equipment or supplies needed to package or remove your items.
Add or delete items: The auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the listing at any time.

Registration Requirements: You must register with a valid credit card and a valid email address. Please make sure the email/phone number is correct as it will be used for notification of bids won, billing, and for any future auction notifications. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
