An in person preview will be available to all registered bidders Sat. July 30th from 10am - 4pm Lots begin closing Thurs. Aug. 4th at 8pm. Pickup from the home will be Sat. Aug. 6th from 10am-4pm,and Sun. Aug. 7th from 12pm - 4pm. Please bid only if you can pick up during these dates and times. We will turn over the key Sunday evening and will not have access to the home afterward. Professional movers on site for large furniture and appliance removal. Their service is complimentary to you. We pay them. Any extra you give them is between you and them. You will be glad they are there.
