All purchases are to be paid in full at the conclusion of the sale, and prior to removal from premises. We want every customer to have a sense of confidence that they are going to receive exactly what they are buying. We will not knowing misrepresent anything that we are selling. We also inspect and independantly evaluate consignor property. We do this so you will be a repeat, life long on-line costumer, just like our decades long (in person) friends to County Line Auctions have. Again please understand that all sales are sold "as is - where is" County Line Auctions assumes no liability for any guarantee made by the seller. We are not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in the connection with the sale. Purchaser assumes responsibility for the items when "sold" or upon delivery to purchaser. Most mutiple item lots are sold at "TIMES THE MONEY". This means that if there are several items in a single lot , the winning bid amount is multiplied by the number of items in the lot. This is shown in the catalog listing using the bid price x quantity. (EXAMPLE- A Lot for 10 coins ends with a high bid of $5.00. Multiply the high bid ($5.00) by (# of coins in the lot - 10) for a total sale of $50.00.) Of course Buyers Premium (BP) and applicable sales taxes or not included in this example. If a Lot is a multiple item Lot but not listed as (bid price x quantity or TIMES THE MONEY) then the Lot is sold as "ONE MONEY". (Example - a Lot consisting of 10 figurines ends with a high bid of $100, the final price - excluding BP and tax- would total $100.)

Payment Terms: All sales are in U.S. Dollars. Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Personal and Ceritfied bank checks are accepted, however merchadise is not released or shipped until checks have cleared the financial institutions. There is a 15% buyer's premium on every purchase, regardless of payment. County Line Auctions provides a 3% discount for cash and check sales. American Express payment incurs an addtional 2% transaction fee. Sales are only to the registered buyer. Shipments will only be sent to the buyer's registered address. NO CHARGEBACKS ARE ACCEPTED. Payment is due upon completion of the auction. Bidding Increments are auction specific and are listed in the Bid Increment tab. When placing a maximum bid, you are agreeing to pay at any amount up to your maximum bid.
We encourage in person pick up but understand that may not be practical. We will assist you as much as possible to make your purchase experience is as pleasent as it can be. However shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. At all practical times we will use flat rate shipping provided by the USPS. We will bundle mulitple lot purchases into one package in order to save you money whenever we can. You would not encure handling costs per lot but by the package. We kindly ask that you understand Handling and Packaging of your purchases will encure the nominal fees as follows: Small packaging - $5.00............ up to ( 9x6x2 -- USPS flat rate measurements) Medium packaging - $10.00..... up to ( 14x12x4 - USPS flate rate measurements) Large packaging - $15.00.......... up to (12x12x6 - UPSP flate rate measurements) Extra Larger Packaging - $25.00 These Handling fees will be in addition to actual shipping and insurance costs. Please call us if you choose to add additional insurance to your shipping. If you provide a prepaid shipping slip via UPS or FEDEX with will be happy to use those carriers. PLEASE NOTE*** We will be happy to work with you and any arrangements you make for item shipping, if items need to be crated there will be costs associated simply to cover man hours and material to do so.
