TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If you wish to bid on this auction, you are required to read and agree to all terms and conditions. Acceptance of terms is shown by registering to bid on our auction.
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, please do not register to bid.
All items are sold as / where is. We encourage all bidders to attend the preview to view items in person. If no preview is scheduled, please reach out via phone or email to ask questions. Bids are to be considered a contract to pay for your purchase(s).
PICK UP:
Winning bidders are expected to pick up their items during the specified time frame(s) at the specified location. Failure to do so will NOT result in a refund of your money.
If you cannot make the scheduled pick up, reach out to the auctioneer to see if alternative plans can be made. If not, please refrain from bidding. Any lots not picked up during the scheduled pick up will be forfeited unless previous arrangements have been made.
We DO NOT transport or hold items.
Assume you need to bring your boxes, tools to break down large furniture for removal from the home and help needed to safely remove and load purchases.
TAX EXEMPT:
If you are tax exempt you must notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form (unless we have one on file already). We can NOT remove tax once the card has been processed.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is not offered unless direct arrangements are made with the auctioneer. If you need your items shipped, please email us at srgauctionservice@gmail.com.
- We ship using USPS Flat Rate box shipping
- If an item does not fit in a flat rate box, we only offer to take the items to the UPS Store at 300 Hylan Dr, in Henrietta NY. They are a pack and ship store. Buyer will be responsible to contact them directly once we have dropped the item(s) off and arrange your own shipment. The auction house is not responsible for anything once the items have been dropped off.
- You will be charged a $10 handling fee per box for flat rate mail & a $10 fee per lot for delivery to the UPS Store.
- All shipments must be approved by the auctioneer beforehand. If you win and item and did not arrange shipping beforehand, you will be expected to pick the items up in person. Our normal pick up terms and conditions will apply.
- Shipments could take up to 2 weeks from the last in person pick up date
WE DO NOT..
- Ship outside of the U.S.
- Ship boxes of glassware
PAYMENT:
Emails containing your invoice as an attachment will be sent out after the auction has closed. At that time the credit card you registered with will be charged the invoice total amount. Payment must be in USD.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
Each bidder agrees that such bidder will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the auction. Each bidder further agrees that if, in violation of these terms and conditions, a credit card chargeback is initiated, these buyer terms & conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's (i) waiver of any rights to initiate a credit card chargeback, and (ii) agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback; and each bidder acknowledges and agrees that the auctioneers presentation of these bidder terms and conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institutions against that issued the credit card on which charges were made, such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution will reverse any stop-payment order and/or reverse or deny any credit card chargeback, and will re-credit all amounts to, or for the account of auctioneer. If, in violation of these bidder terms and conditions, a bidder initiates a credit card chargeback, such bidder, even if successful, will remain liable for all purchases made at the auction, and will be responsible for all costs and expense, including attorney's fees, incurred by or on behalf of auctioneer and/or seller in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. Each bidder acknowledges and agrees that the covenant not to initiate a credit card chargeback is a condition to the issuance of a bidder number to such bidder and is being made as an inducement for the auctioneer to accept such bidder's bidder registration, to issue a bidder number, and to permit the bidder to bid at the auction. Each bidder acknowledges and agrees that the auctioneer is relying on the covenant not to initiate a credit card chargeback in accepting such bidder's bidder registration, in issuing a bidder number, and in permitting the bidder to bid at the auction. All items are sold in as is condition with no warranties implied or expressed. By registering you agree to all these terms and conditions.
ASSISTANCE: We will do our best to assist you with loading your items. Please be patient with our staff if they are assisting someone else. It is your responsibility to bring a large enough vehicle to haul your winning items. If you require assistance removing and or loading items during the pickup and damage occurs to your item during this process, SRG Auction Service is not responsible for refunding or replacing your item. If you do not agree to this term, please come ready to carry and or load without assistance.
Sales Tax: 8% New York State sales tax will be charged on all purchases and buyer's premium.
During an internet auction we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
Auctioneer, SRG Auction Service LLC and property owner assume no risk of accident, personal injury or property damage during any preview or on-site auction pick up. By bidding on this auction, you are assuming all liability while on property of the estate auction. Any person who comes with you to the property assumes the same liability.
