Description
On the morning of July 1st, the Duck family of Alden, NY had a house fire that left them without a house. Matt, who was asleep, was thankfully waken up and was able to jump out the back window. His brother and wife came home to see the house in flames. The family is okay, but sadly lost both dogs and and two of the family cats along with their home. The house is set to be demolished and the family is working on a plan to rebuild. Unfortunately, there was no insurance to cover the replacement of the home. This auction is to help the family raise some money to rebuild and get back on their feet.
By registering for this auction you agree to all of the terms and conditions laid out for this auction. - All items are sold as is. - No exchanges or returns on any items for any reason. - Buyer is responsible for picking up items on the scheduled pick-up day by appointment. - Failure to pick-up your items during the scheduled pick-up day/time or pre-arrange an alternate pickup will result in a $20 no-show fee. - All items that are not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned. The items will be resold. - Shipping is available upon request and will be completed at the expense of the buyer. There will be a $5 fee added to all shipments to cover packaging and handling. - We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages. Shipping insurance may be added to your package at your request. - If we are shipping an item you will be billed for the item and shipping at the time of shipment. - 15% buyers premium. - Conditions listed are subjective and based upon information provided by the consignor. By registering for this auction the buyer is consenting that the buyer is the individual or entity registering for this auction. Please note that we will report Fraud. Please contact us after completion of the auction to arrange shipping or pickup. In the event of legal proceedings buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York, County of Erie.
