Guns: ALL CONSIGNORS AND BIDDERS ARE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL FEDERAL AND STATE GUN LAWS . All buyers at gun auctions must be 18 to purchase long guns 21 years or older for hand gun. All out of state buyers may take possession of purchases day of sale on long guns and shotguns but must have hand guns and lowers sent to an FFL in their state unless they have tax documentation proving they have dual residency in New Mexico. There are no acceptations. All participants of gun auctions must comply with any and all ATF and State regulations. Any gun shipped will be at bidders expense and must be shipped to an FFL dealer where all paper work will be done.
