Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques, Seller, and all affiliated parties disclaim any responsibility for the condition of the items, including any defects, repairs, restorations, or damages, whether visible or not. Once an item has been sold to the highest bidder, it is considered a final sale, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. Bidding & Payment Terms Bidders must register and agree to these terms before placing any bids. Payment for any successful bid must be made in full within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards and cash up on delivery. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of the sale, and the bidder may be subject to additional charges or legal action. Buyer’s Responsibility for Shipping & Handling The buyer is solely responsible for all shipping, handling, and associated costs of any purchased items. This includes, but is not limited to, packing materials, shipping fees, insurance, and any customs duties or taxes for international shipments. Buyers must arrange for their own shipping or transportation within 3 business days of the auction closing, and the Auction House is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. If the buyer requires assistance with shipping, the Auction House can provide recommendations for third-party shipping providers, but this does not imply any responsibility on the part of Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques for damages, delays, or additional costs. On-Site Pickup For items designated for on-site pickup, buyers must schedule their pickup time within the scheduled times provided by Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help and equipment for lifting, carrying, and loading any heavy or large items. Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques and Seller are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the loading and transportation process. All items must be removed from the property by the designated pickup date. Failure to do so may result in additional storage fees or forfeiture of the items, with no refund to the buyer. Condition & Description of Items While all reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of each item, all items are sold based on the description provided at the time of the auction. Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques, Seller, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any errors or omissions in descriptions. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person during any scheduled preview periods, or to request additional information or photos prior to bidding. Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques makes no representations or warranties as to the authenticity, provenance, or condition of any item, except as specifically noted in the auction listing. Dispute Resolution & Legal Ramifications In the event of a dispute arising from the auction, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where the Auction House is located. By participating in this auction, the buyer acknowledges that they are subject to the laws of New Jersey, United States of America, and any legal action or dispute will be governed by the laws of this jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal fees or costs incurred by the Auction House due to non-compliance or disputes arising from a buyer's actions will be the responsibility of the buyer. Liability Disclaimer Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques, Seller, and all affiliated parties are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the purchase, use, or transportation of auctioned items. By bidding in this auction, the buyer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Auction House, Seller, and their respective employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities. Force Majeure Blue Collar Salvage + Antiques shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
