White Pine Auctions is committed to providing accurate information for all items being sold, with descriptions and photographs. If there is no mention to condition you may assume it is in good condition with no breaks or repairs. Any item in a box lot may have some damage and may not be listed in the description. Interested bidders should take advantage of inspection opportunities and email to satisfy any questions they might have as to the condition of any item being offered. Every item is sold AS IS. No refunds. We urge you to examine all pictures carefully and bid according to your own expertise. We try to answer all questions within 48-hours prior to the sale. All items are packed away until auction week so if you ask a question the week before the sale you may not get an answer until a few days prior to the auction. You may place max bids and let the system bid for you. You may also bid live starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, October 4th. Each lot will close every 15 seconds, unless someone bids in that interval. PAYMENT For ALL sales, a 20% Buyer’s Premium is added to the final bid price of all lots over $19.99. All winning lots $19.99 and less will have a flat $3.00 premium added instead of 20%. CASH payment available at pickup. Cash buyers have a 3% discount off from the Buyer's Premium. Payment will be made in full online via credit/debit card after winning a bid. We do not take any credit cards over the phone. White Pine Auctions has the right to hold merchandise until funds clear. Won items will be charged the full invoice balance to the card on file within 24 hours of auction close. Cash paying customers must contact us after auction close! NON-PAYING BIDDERS We reserve the right to charge the credit card submitted for the full invoice amount if a bidder has not paid within 3 days of the auction. The buyer will be held responsible for any loss due to the item being resold for in a future auction including all fees involved with relisting the item. PICKUP All items for pickup must be picked up from 240 Demarest Road, Sparta, NJ on Sunday, October 6th from 8-12 p.m. Small items/lots can also be picked up in Chesterfield NJ 08515 (Burlington County) if this location is more practical. Day and Time for Chesterfield pickups can be arranged privately. Shipping may be available for items smaller than 12 x 12 x 12. There is a $15 handling fee for the first item shipped, $5.00 for each additional item. Actual cost of postage will be charged in addition to the handling fee(s). To save on shipping fees, we are happy to try to combine items into one box if they fit. Please call or email us after winning to let us know if you would like your item(s) shipped!!!! Please call us with any questions. Any items left after designated pickup day(s) will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee for one week maximum. After 7 days of storage, items will be considered abandoned without refund. WE CANNOT MOVE OR STORE YOUR ITEMS You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials as well as vehicles, tie downs or manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly. All items sold as-is where-is with no guarantee or warranty. All sales are final.
