Pickup Location: Henderson, NV 89052(Address will be released 8 am Monday)
Pickup Day & Time: Monday, September 30, 2024, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm PST (This is the only pickup day - All items must be retrieved by 6:00 pm)
To ensure fair access for all buyers, please arrange to pick up your items on this designated day. Failure to retrieve items may result in forfeiture, and no refunds will be provided for abandoned merchandise.
SHIPPING NOTICE: High-value shipped items must be paid for via Zelle to help@sunnytransitions.com. Please include your invoice number in the memo line.
BUYERS PREMIUM: 15%
SALES TAX: All buyers will be charged Clark County, Nevada sales tax of 8.375%.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: All items must be purchased through HiBid with a valid credit card matching a valid driver's license we will verify at the pickup.
PICKUP SCHEDULE: Sunny auction pickups may not occur on the next day following the auction. Please review pickup dates carefully.
EMAIL INVOICE: After the auction, you will receive an email from help@sunnytransitions.com containing your invoice in PDF format. Please ensure our email address is added to your address book to avoid it being flagged as spam.

ID VERIFICATION: Your attendance at the pickup is verified by the cashier photographing your ID. This verification must be completed before pickup.
UNPAID INVOICES: Unpaid invoices may be sent to collections, and failure to pay may affect your account standing with HiBid.com.
PROPERTY CONDITION: All homes may have uneven surfaces; enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries on the property.
LARGE CRATES, BINS, AND FOLDING TABLES: These items shown in pictures are for staging and separating lots and are not for sale. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping for pickup.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR HIGH-DOLLAR ITEMS:
Zelle payment in full with exact change is required for all purchases of gold, silver, vehicles, or single items over $1000 in value. No shipping is available for these items.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Buyers must bring a photo ID matching the HiBid account name and the credit card used for pickup. No exceptions.
LIQUIDATION TERMS: We are liquidating the contents of a residence. It is crucial to pick up your items on the designated date and time to avoid forfeiture and to maintain bidding privileges for future auctions.
SMALLER ITEMS SHIPPING: Some smaller items can be taken to the UPS store for nationwide delivery. Out-of-state bidders are subject to approval and must send a signed invoice with a copy of the matching ID to help@sunnytransitions.com before items will be transferred to the UPS store. Signature is required for delivery.
FINALITY OF SALES: All property is sold as-is, and all sales are final. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value, or any other factors.
