1.All items are sold “AS IS WHERE IS” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
2.All Bidders must have valid Identification to bid.
3.A 15.5% Buyers premium will be added to the winning bid price. Their is a 3.5% discount when paying with cash or with a cashiers check. The buyers premium is subject to all applicable taxes.
4.Reno-Sparks Auction Co. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, Cashiers check and Cash as payments. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
5.The Reno-Sparks Auction Co. Auctioneer will have the final decision determining the winner of all bids and sales. In case of a tie bid or a bid dispute, the auctioneer has the authority to determine the winner or use his/her extensive auctioning experience and resolve the dispute as fair as possible.
6.All items must be paid for in FULL by 5:00 P.M. Tuesday following the auction. If Reno-Sparks Auction Co. does not receive full payment by 5pm Tuesday following the auction, your items will be forfeited.
7.All items must be removed from Reno-Sparks Auction Co. property by 5:00 pm Tuesday following the auction.
8.Any bidder wanting to use a tax resale number must have their resale # on file with Reno-Sparks Auction Co. before the auction begins. NO Changes will be made once the auction starts.

10. Must have reciept in order to pick up items.
11. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – Reno Sparks Auction Co. is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap, boxes and other equipment as needed.
12. We provide shipping at customer cost , SMALL ITEMS ONLY - MINIMUM OF $25 for SHIPPING.
WE ONLY SHIP SMALL ITEMS. We have limited staff if it doesnt fit in one of our standard boxes we will NOT ship it. Some Items require additional handling costs.
