By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to examine them. Applicable state and local tax will be applied to all Nebraska residents and to all pickup buyers. Those exempt from Nebraska sales tax must notify the auctioneer prior to bidding and must provide a completed Form 10 at checkout. No exceptions.
