All items must be paid for and picked up on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm CDT at 5955 Sumner St. in Lincoln, NE. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $10 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. BRING YOUR OWN LOADING/MOVING HELP. If your purchase furniture or shelving, please wait until 10:30 am for pickup. Any items not picked up on the pickup date (SATURDAY, Nov. 23, 2024) unless arrangments are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $300 per lot maximum buyers premium. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
