This is an online only auction. Items may be Previewed at the Vandertook Auction located at 3715 Stagecoach Rd., west of Hickman, NE on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Preview for the firearms will be Monday, Oct. 28, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at CK Armory located at 4830 Rentworth Dr. in Lincoln, NE.
If you will require shipping you Must contact Vandertook Auction Co. before the end of the close of auction by emailing us at vandertookauctionco@gmail.com; shipping and handling charges will apply. Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your purchase(s) on the pickup date; once all shipping & handling charges are known, your card will be charged again for these fees. Paid invoices will be emailed to you for both charges.
**Allow a minimum of 3 weeks after pick up date for shipping to occur.
**Handling charges are a minimum of $10 with the possibility of more on larger shipments, shipping requiring special instructions/requests or packages with excessive packing.
**Buyers outside the Continental US, must contact Vandertook Auction before the start of the auction close.
**If you require shipping, make sure the item you are bidding on says "Shipping Available".
Auction starts to close Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. CDT. This auction does have a Soft Close. All items must be paid for and picked up on Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm CDT at 3715 Stagecoach Rd., west of Hickman, NE. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $5 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit/debit card on file.
Firearms will be handled by CK Armory. Pick up for these items will be Mon., Nov. 4th (3 pm to 6 pm) or Tues., Nov 5th (8 am to 6 pm) at 4830 Rentworth Dr. in Lincoln, NE. Firearm must be paid for on or before Sunday, Novemeber 3. 2024. No early pick up will be allowed.
There will be a $25 paperwork fee charged per firearm, excluding air rifles.
Bring your Own Help for Hauling / Loading.
Any items not picked up on the pickup date (SUNDAY, Novemeber 3, 2024) unless arrangments are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company.
Vandertook Auction LLC reserves the right to modify or change pickup dates and times in cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Buyers will be notified.
Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $100 per lot maximum buyers premium on firearms & $300 maximum buyers premium on all other lots. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Vandertook Auction, LLC. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representation. In no event shall Vandertook Auction LLC. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
All items can be paid for at time of pick up. Vandertook Auction LLC. Accepts credit/debit cards (4% service charge), cash or good check. Nothing to be removed from site until settled for.
Bidders who bid from offsite acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Vandertook Auction LLC. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Upon Bidder's successful purchasing of an item through HiBid, full responsibility for the purchased items is upon the buyer. Full possession will be given upon confirmation of full payment being made by the purchaser.
Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Vandertook Auction LLC. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during this timed auction. Vandertook Auction LLC. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Vandertook Auction LLC. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Dealers who wish to be tax exempt must fill out and sign a Nebraska Form 13 and email to Vandertook Auction LLC. at vandertookauctionco@gmail.com prior to the conclusion of the auction. Notice of tax-exempt status is required on HiBid in the notes section. If needed contact Vandertook Auction LLC. for a copy of this form OR Download from our Website. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Nebraska sales tax applies to all bidders unless we are provided with a dealer tax exempt form 13 at time of registration.
