Gun Sale Auction Terms and Conditions.
*All firearms are sold in accordance with Federal and Nebraska State Laws. All firearms will be shipped to registered FFL dealer of your choice. *
All buyers must have guns shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. This information including a signed up to date copy of FFL License must be provided, as well as your name, lot number and invoice number by email to Rzs.sportsmansparadise@outlook.com within 48 hours of purchase. A 30.00 per gun transfer fee plus packing and shipping will be paid by purchaser. Purchaser must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By participating in our auctions, through the acquisition of a bidder number, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any notices, posted during the timed event, are also considered part of this agreement.
2. Item Descriptions: All items are sold "as is, where is." We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the items sold. The descriptions provided in the catalog are for reference and are based on our opinion. We acknowledge that errors may occur in these descriptions. We recommend referring to the pictures when bidding. No refunds or returns will be accepted. You will Receive the item(s) you see in the picture that you won the bid on. *ALL SALES ARE FINAL*
3. Firearms Disclaimer: We are an FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee), Regarding firearms, we make no warranties or representations concerning their operation, condition, safety, or reliability. The use of any purchased firearm or ammunition is entirely at the user's risk. We recommend having all firearms inspected by a competent Gunsmith.
4. Online Bidding Premium: We will email you a preliminary invoice with in 48 hours, at the conclusion of the timed event. Please Read the instructions with this preliminary invoice. An 18% buyer's premium will be added to all sales. It is your responsibility to contact the valid FFL provider of your choice for the transfer and have them email a copy of their license and include your name, invoice and lot number to Rzs.sportsmansparadise@outlook.com with your name on the email.
5. All items are sold without reserve to the highest bidder, unless otherwise marked. Estimates contained in any document or used by any person in reference to items being sold are for buyer's convenience only.
6. Compliance with Laws: It is YOUR responsibility to understand and comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding the items you bid on. No refunds or returns will be issued for items that are not allowed in your jurisdiction. All sales are final.
7. We reserve the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in the auction for any reason deemed necessary by RZ's Sportsmans Paradise, we reserve the right to refuse service to any bidder for any reason deemed by RZ's Sportsmans Paradise
8. Shipping: We use FedEx and U.S.P.S. for shipping. Shipping charges include a box fee and required insurance. SPECIAL NOTE: All firearms and other items are packaged in house. Any firearm with an attached sling will be removed, separately wrapped and placed in the package with your firearm, at no additional charge, as a personal convivence to buyer.
9. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF FIREARMS OR AMMUNITION. We will not ship to the following states: California, Illinois, Delaware, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Washington D.C., Alaska
10. Liability and Safety: By participating in this auction, you release the seller and RZ's Sportsman's Paradise and its affiliates from any liability related to the purchase, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of items. It is recommended all firearms, and ammunition should be inspected by a certified gunsmith before use.
11. *We reserve the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith.
12. Finality: All sales are final, and they’re is no refunds or exceptions. The acceptance of a bid constitutes a legal and binding contract under Nebraska state law.
13. The sales tax is based on the ship to address. If we are shipping your gun to an address in Nebraska we will be collecting sales tax. Generally, all items included on the invoice are taxable. To establish a tax-exempt sale, a copy of a valid reseller's permit or other instrument or information establishing a sales tax exemption, as required by the applicable state, must be provided. Sales tax is required to be remitted by the buyer in all states except the following: States with no sales tax: Montana, and Oregon.
14. Shipping and Handling costs: A flat $60.00 shipping fee will be added to all firearm sales. Ammunition and collectibles will be priced by weight, you will receive an invoice stating the shipping and handling costs. Your card will be charged again for shipping costs. There will also be a $15.00 handling fee per firearm. Items will be shipped within 20 business days of customer confirmation of shipment address or of FFL verification.
15. We accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
All card transactions incur a 3.29% processing fee. No chargebacks permitted. If payment is not received, RZ's Sportsman's Paradise may choose to void a Bidder's invoice and forfeit all items. Bidder will be banned from all future auctions associated with RZ's Sportsman's Paradise and reported to its affiliated online bidding platforms. All legal fees, collection fees, and any other charges arising from nonpayment will be paid by the Bidder.
