* Money order or check accepted with conditions or cash - no tax on coins and bullion - all lots and terms in USD
* WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS or DEBIT CARDS
* SHIPPING available under cash terms (check or money order) and special arrangements
* Auctions interrupted by technical issues on our end will be stopped for fairness to the bidders and consignors - no previous bids will be accepted and the complete auction will be rescheduled to another time
* All lots described as well as possible - writing on lots from consigner - no claims made to authenticity, grade, or condition
* Pictures included are of the lot on which you are bidding - if not, that info will be described in lot details - you are highly encouraged to read lot details on every lot
* All lots sold "as is and where is" - all sales are final - no bid will be disputed or removed - do not bid if you do not intend to pay for the lot
* Pick up time(s) designated on Tuesday - 4:00 to 6:00 PM, and Saturday - 1:30 to 3:00 PM
* Payment due within 15 days - payments exceeding 30 days are subject to a 50% collection fee and a collection agency may be engaged to collect payment
