Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $10 minimum. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $100 maximum buyers premium on firearms & $200 max. on all other lots. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
