ALLOWED. If you are a new bidder to our auction, you may be asked to sign a contract via email or
via our Square Account when making payment. You will need to supply a copy of your driver's
license and sign a No Charge Backs contract. Your issuing bank is not allowed to hold our payment money
hostage.

Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form PRIOR to the auction OR on pickup (includes all out of state bidders where your state is on the steam lined tax app). If your state does not require us to pay tax to them, you will have the tax removed. All others MUST fill out a tax exempt form for buinsess resale.

We try our best to call things by the right pattern etc., but it is up to you to research things yourself. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!! However, if I mess up on something (Example) if I call something Sterling and it is actually SilverPlate, I will make it right with you!!! ALWAYS check each item before you leave. Once you leave, the item is yours. Items shipped, if you find damage, you must report it to me within 48 hours of the tracking number showing delivered.
