Shipping: We offer two shipping options; in-house affordable shipping and out-serviced professional shipping. Visit www.goldenroseauctions.com/shipping to complete the shipping form and select you preferred shipping method.
In-house shipping consists of the actual shipping cost, plus a $5 per box handling fee. Standard insurance will be included, more can be purchased upon request. We will package carefully, but we offer no guarentee outside of included insurance. Buyer will be responsible for any insurance claims. NOTE: We prioritize in-houes pickup. Our goal is to ship the Friday following the auction close, but it may take up to a week to process shipping requests.
For professional shipping, the rates & handling fees are determined by the shipping company. The closest professional shipping company is an hour from Edina, so please be aware of possible delays of the items being delivered to the professional shipper. NOTE: If several breakable items are won, we reserve the right to automatically default to professional shipping.
Pickup: Scheduled pickup times will occur following each auction. We ask that buyers pickup their items during this window. If this window does not work for you, please contact Golden Rose Auctions to schedule a different pickup time. If items are not picked up without communication following the conclusion of scheduled pickup times, the credit card on file will be charged. We reserve the right to add a $10 storage fee for any item not picked up within one week of auction close. If items are not picked up within 30 days of the auction conclusion, the items become the property of Golden Rose Auctions.
