All lots starts at $2. Auction runs from Wednesday June 5th at 6:00 pm to Sunday June 9th at 6pm. The first lot goes off at 6 pm on Sunday June 9th. Pick up is Monday June 10th from 12 to 6 at Get Your Picks Mall at 8400 Watson Rd. St. Louis. This is the fourth and final auction with this consignor. This house is a treasure trove of brand new, in the box, with the tags holiday items. When we walked into the storage room it was FULL of boxes with brand new Christmas decorations. Good quality from online QVC and other sites. Thomas Pacconi & Christopher Radko glass ornaments still in the wooden crates in the boxes, angels, Christmas trees, trinket boxes, candles, nativity scenes, sconces and the list just goes one. There is a dash of vintage and modern oddities of holiday decor as well. You will bring Halloween and Easter scattered amongst Santa himself. There also is decoration for seasonal shifts and not just holiday. Some of the items were meant to be given as gifts because they come with gift bags as well. Enjoying looking through this year round decor and happy bidding! **PLEASE NOTE: All items are sold as is and 99% of those with no tags have been used. Expect wear. We do not test items unless noted in the description. We do NOT issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. Do not assume items are in perfect condition. We cannot check every single item for wear and tear. If you have any questions regarding an item, you are welcome to contact us. We have one day pick up: Monday June 10th, between 12pm and 6pm at Get Your Picks Auction House located inside the Get Your Picks Vendor Mall at 8400 Watson Rd St. Louis MO. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during these times. We are not holding items past pickup. Any items not picked up are forfeited with no refund. ***BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY PIECES! YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING ALL ITEMS YOU WIN! *** ***YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK THAT YOU HAVE ALL YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY. WE WILL NOT HOLD, SHIP, OR DELIVER LEFT BEHIND ITEMS.**** Please bring your own packing, boxes & bags. Shipping is ONLY available on lots with this option stated in the description. We will ship through USPS upon approval. Shipping is paid for by the buyer. $5 handling fee will be added to order for your first lot and $2 for each additional lot. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, and usually within one hour. Please check your spam folder. We do not control how emails are received on your end, therefore, you are responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Any time you see "May Have Won" under an item, you have won that item so watch for the emailed invoice. Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. Please insure to check off each item on your invoice as you take them. Once pickup ends, anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested by the buyer onsite.
