This auction features a mix of new overstock items in original packaging, products with packaging damage, and customer returns from online retailers. The inventory includes a wide range of products such as mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, and household goods. Items that are customer returns will be clearly marked in the listing. All returned items have been tested to ensure they are functional. Additionally, customer returns are covered by a 10-day return policy. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence.

Join us in Olivette for a packed sale offering a variety of nice household items & vintage collectibles. Highlights of the sale include numerous antique sterling silver & silver plate pieces, vintage mid century modern glassware, a rare & antique needlework sampler from 1809 and much more! This nice smoke free ranch home has lots on the main level, basement with walkout, backyard area, and in the garage. Lots in the 300s, 400s & 500s are located mostly in the basement. Lots in the 600s are on the main level. We will have some staff on site but we get very busy during pick up. Remember to bring help, boxes & packaging supplies. Home is packed and limited number of people can be inside at once. **Pick up is Saturday 12/14 from 10AM-4PM** If you can't make Saturday then contact us prior to bidding to see about an alternative pick up date. We may be able to meet Sunday or Monday but we will not have our full crew so you'll need to bring help for any furniture or bulk lots. IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. There are no refunds. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. REMINDER: Full address shown on winning invoice. Any items not picked up and without prior arrangements are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. This home is getting fully cleaned out so all items must go. We cannot transport or set out lots. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. For alternative pick up options you must get approval BEFORE bidding. Thank you Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited.
