Pick up is Friday May 24th from 12 to 6 at Get Your Picks Mall at 8400 Watson Rd. St. Louis. This is the third of 4 auctions with this consignor. This house is a treasure trove of brand new, in the box, with the tags household items. The house was full of brand new, unopened cookware sets, small appliances, bakeware of all sorts, cleaning tools and so much more! If you or anyone you know is heading off to college, getting their first home, geting married, and in need of everything to set up their household, you will be able to get it here! There is also some vintage items amongst all the new, so this auction has something for everyone! **PLEASE NOTE: All items are sold as is and 99% of those with no tags have been used. Expect wear. We do not test items unless noted in the description. We do NOT issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. Do not assume items are in perfect condition. We have one day pick up: FRIDAY May 24h, between 12pm and 6pm at Get Your Picks Auction House located inside the Get Your Picks Vendor Mall at 8400 Watson Rd St. Louis MO. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up during these times. We are not holding items past pickup. Any items not picked up are forfeited with no refund. ***BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY PIECES! We will ship through USPS upon approval. Shipping is paid for by the buyer. $5 handling fee will be added to order for your first lot and $2 for each additional lot. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, and usually within one hour. Please check your spam folder. We do not control how emails are received on your end, therefore, you are responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Any time you see "May Have Won" under an item, you have won that item so watch for the emailed invoice. Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving.
