Dr. Robert W Pearson (Nanih Waiya, MS ) Estate - We will be selling (3) tracts of land in Nanih Waiya, MS along with tools and other personal items. Mr. Robert was passionate about creating a wildlife habitat on his place. This land would be excellent for development or recreational purposes. Land in Nanih Waiya is hard to come by so don't miss this opportunity! We will also be selling several personal property items (shop tools, power tools, woodworking tools, deer feeders, claw foot tub, and more).
This is an Online Bidding Only auction format. * CASH is preferred but see "payment" for other options * All items must be paid in full by 3:00 PM August 6, 2024 (Except for Real Estate - closing for Real Estate will be within 30 days of auction) *10% Earnest Money for Real Estate will be due within 48 hrs of auction close. * All items must be removed by August 6, 2024 * Titles released once payment has cleared bank (immediate release of title with cash payment or bank wire transfer). * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Please study the pictures as they will give you more insight than the description.
