Auction Terms & Conditions
All Bidders must agree to these terms and conditions and are required to register prior to bidding on any item. Babler Auction Services reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids on previous auctions. All purchases will be settled within 2 days of the sale closing.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged and can be inspected in person by calling Lee at (218) 779-1691.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Placing a bid on a non-shipping items will not be refunded for non-local bidders - it will be up to the bidder to arrange shipping or pickup of the item(s).
* Buyer Premium: - 13% for all bidding
* We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* We only accept payments in U.S. Dollars ($) - no exceptions.
* WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
* Applicable taxes apply
* All winning bidders will be contacted the day following the close of the sale for payment, shipping and/or pick-up arrangements. Arrangements must be made within 2 days after the sale closes.
* All major credit cards are accepted with a 5% processing fee
* Cash or Check is accepted for Pick-up only - Valid credit card must be on file and arrangements must be made within 2 days.
* If you are the winning bidder and do not pay your invoice or make plans to pay for your invoice within 2 days of the auction close, the card on file will be charged for your items and shippable items will be shipped at the buyer's expense.
* The credit card on file will be charged the day after the auction close for non-local winning bidders. Shipping will be factored in and charged separately. Please make sure that a valid credit card is on file.
*Buyers who renege on payment will lose their bidding privileges for all future auctions.
* Absentee bids will be executed by auction house staff.
* Pickup is Monday October 21. Wednesday, Oct. 23rd from 9:30am - 5:00pm at our Babler Auction Services Sales Barn in Caledonia. * Pick-up times should be communicated!

* After hours arrangements must be completed no later than Friday, Oct. 25th and the card on file will be charged for holding the items.
* Any and all items that have not been picked up or communicated to be picked up within 2 weeks of the sale close will become property of Babler Auction Services, even if items have been paid for with the Hibid credit card on file and no return correspondence has come from the buyer.
* After hours pick-up arrangements may be made by calling (218) 779-1691.
* If you are not from the Caledonia area, shipping is available and is noted per lot. The Buyer is responsible for making shipping arrangements for anything outside of our shipping parameters. Please contact us with any questions. Shipping charges will be calculated and added the week following the auction, and payments will be processed upon shipping. You will receive a final invoice with the total and tracking information when your order ships.
* Fragile items, large, heavy items, large lots of small items, and large orders in general can be rather expensive to ship and will have higher handling fees based on materials and labor. Please consider this when bidding if you need shipping!!
