All items were collected over the families lifetimes in this home; therefore, no sales tax will be charged. Other terms and conditions remain the same. NO live animals shown in any photos are included in ANY lot! All items are sold as is. No express or implied warranty. All sales are final. Items have been described and photographed to the best of our ability; we are not responsible for authenticity, working order, or any other conditional issues. Winning bidders are required to pick up their items on the day(s) specified in the description of this auction, unless prior arrangements are made. Bring help to load if you require it. We cannot be responsible for items not picked up, and we do not have the capacity to store them. Shipping: We offer shipping of items that fit in a standard priority box to anywhere in the USA excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Pick-up only, on large items. All shipping charges must be pre-paid. Invoice will be adjusted to reflect the shipping charges. Also, due to recent, more stringent, regulations, shipped items invoice will also be adjusted to reflect the destination sales tax, and a $5.00 handling fee will be applied to shipments. If any other shipping type or size is required please discuss with us prior to bidding.
