All coins are unconditionally guaranteed by the consignor against counterfeiting, altered dates, or mint marks. Toning and grading are NOT guaranteed. Should there be any questions regarding the authenticity of any coin, it shall be left with the auctioneer at the conclusion of the sale and will be forwarded to PCGS or NGC at the purchaser’s expense for authentication. This charge is Non-Refundable. Once the coins have left the premises / shipped, neither the consignee nor the auctioneer will guarantee the authenticity of the coins. No warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, concerning the Personal Property, its condition, or the condition of any other components on the Personal Property, is made by the Seller or Bob's Coins Auction.
