Buyer must remove EVERYTHING from the unit and take all trash and contents off the property. No previews and bidders may not enter the units prior to bidding. All units are sold as-is. Shipping is not available for this auction. Units are subject to redemption by the unit renter at any time up to the close of the auction. Units may be removed from the auction if all owed funds, fees, and penalties are paid in full prior to the close of the auction.
