Osborne Auction Service LLC is excited to announce our partnership with the Greater Midland Community Center in selling all items related to the day-to-day operation of the center. The GMCC has been blessed by the Midland Community with the ability to build a new facility which will open in May. After the new facility is opened, the old 1954 buidling will be decommissioned and all usable assets sold through auction so they can be rehomed, reused or recycled. New construction has been going on while the old building continues to be in use. This catalog was processed as the building, equipment and accessories were being used to limit the impact on members' use. Now the time has come for everything to be sold through online auctioin as the old building sees it's last month of use. The transition will be quick, so your help and attention to details is important. Once the auction closes, we will only have May 11-18 for pick up by appointments (PLEASE READ LOT DETAIL FOR SPECIFIC PICK UP DATES). After this date, the building will be turned over to the demolition crew to prepare the site for a new parking lot before winter.

Our auctions contain Consignments and items from multiple estates including antiques, collectibles, household goods, tools, gems, jewelry, new-in-box items, toys, art, memorabilia and vintage finds. Most lots start at a $4 Lots begin Live Catalog closing at the stated closing time. This is a staggered close, as lots close every 20 seconds. All auctions have a soft close which mean if a bid is placed during the last two minutes, the time will be extended. Bidding Online Begins 4/28/2024 Please note that there will be no "In-Person Inspection" for this auction.
