Hamlin Rd, Suite B, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 unless otherwise noted.  **We are located to the East of Royce Haley Dr. (Google Maps is wrong sometimes).We are on the front corner of the 3rd building in the Hamlin Industrial Park complex. Pull up to the side of the building near the big garage door.  Storage is not an option as we have limited storage space in our warehouse. If winning bidders do not pick up their won items during the posted dates and times above, items will be considered abandoned and handled per our terms and conditions. The only exceptions are those bidders who are on our 2 week pick up list (this policy still applies after the second week of pickup dates/times) or those who have received confirmation from us that a later pickup date is allowed. WE must hear from you before the last pickup day for the auction. If the auction pick up dates have passed, your items will have been considered abandoned and may no longer be available. -------------------------------------------- SHIPPING: We also ship ELIGIBLE items within the continental US & Canada.. No other international shipping, except Canada. Canadians, please be aware that the actual shipping costs can be expensive for you and you are responsible for any customs or duties fees. Please read Lot 1b for details. Please read all information before bidding. Lots that we can ship will say "Shipping Available". If it does not say this on that specific lot, then WE CAN NOT SHIP the item. It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure their prfile and shipping information is correct in his/her Hibid profile before bidding and before they register for the auction.
