Hamlin Rd, Suite B, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 unless otherwise noted.  **We are located to the East of Royce Haley Dr. (Google Maps is wrong sometimes).We are on the front corner of the 3rd building in the Hamlin Industrial Park complex. Pull up to the side of the building near the big garage door.  Storage is not an option as we have limited storage space in our warehouse. If winning bidders do not pick up their won items during the posted dates and times above, items will be considered abandoned and handled per our terms and conditions. The only exceptions are those bidders who are on our 2 week pick up list (this policy still applies after the second week of pickup dates/times) or those who have received confirmation from us that a later pickup date is allowed. WE must hear from you before the last pickup day for the auction. If the auction pick up dates have passed, your items will have been considered abandoned and may no longer be available. -------------------------------------------- SHIPPING: We also ship ELIGIBLE items within the continental US & Canada.. No other international shipping, except Canada. Canadians, please be aware that the actual shipping costs can be expensive for you and you are responsible for any customs or duties fees. Donley Estate Auction Starts Ending Thursday Jan. 2, 2025 at 8:00 pm Pick Up Friday January 3rd, 12:00pm - 4:00pm 4500 E. Ashman Midland, MI 48642 This is a one owner Auction. All taxidermy are in very nice and clean condition. All items except the Buick will be picked up at 4500 E. Ashman. If the reserve is met and you are the winner of the Buick we will need to make special arrangements after the auction ends for payment and for you to get it. For appointment preveiw please call Jason at 989-615-2170. Shipping is possible but only if you agree to have the UPS store package and ship your items. J Marsh Auctions will gladly take it there, but cannot ship these large items ourselves. It won't be cheap but they would do it. The Buick is up to the buyer to arrange shipping if needed and the buyers premium is only 5%. Payment would need to be cash or cashiers check on or before pickup.
