Once the auctioneer hammer falls as sold the buyer is the legal owner and must remove items from the premises at close of the sale. Items not paid for after two weeks will be returned to inventory unless arrangements are made. J & J Auctions will not be responsible for merchandise that is missing, misplaced or not removed. All Sales are final - no returns accepted. Merchandise is subject to errors & omissions, additions & subtractions.
