Winning bids will be clerked at the completion of the auction and all invoices will be charged to the card registered on HiBid and the reciept will be emailed to winning bidders.
If we suspect fraud of any kind we may ask for additional identification to verify your identity. Please check your spam mail if you did not receive the invoice. The shipping price will be added to the invoice when the items are boxed and weighed. The amount for shipping will be charged to the credit card on HiBid. You will recieve an updated paid invoice showing both charges. If you notify us before the close of auction that you are paying cash at pick up your card will not be charged. You must notify us through Hibid before the end of the auction. We charge $3.00 Handling fee for each box.

Auction Shipping Terms and Conditions:
Payment, Shipping and Packaging
1. The auction company will assume the bidder needs shipping if the address on file is more then 2 hours away or in another state.
2. Only items marked shipping available will be shipped.
a. Please don't bid on items not marked for shipping if you require shipping.
b. Each lot displays a shipping or no shipping icon.
c. Unshippable items will be charged on your invoice and not shipped and you could possibly be banned from future auctions.
3. The shipping price will be added to the invoice when the items are boxed and weighed.
a.The amount for shipping will be charged to the credit card on HiBid.
b.You will receive an updated paid invoice showing both charges.
c. Items not paid for at the close of the auction will not be prepared for shipping.
4. GOLD & SILVER-If you are buying gold and silver and need shipping you may be required to:
a. Send proof of Identification with a picture ID, before we ship. The photo ID must match the name and address on file.
b. In some cases you may be required to send payment by money order before we ship.
5. Declined Credit Cards
a. If your credit card is declined you have 48 hours to pay your invoice or the sale will be canceled and the items put back up sale. Nonpaying bidders could possibly be permantly banned from future auctions.

6. Shipping is done in house. We do not outsource our shipping. SHIPPING IS DONE ON FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS EACH WEEK FOR ALL AUCTIONS THAT WEEK!
a. We provide all labels and do not accept labels from customers.
b. We use Pirate Ship for our labels and give the customer our discount from Pirate Ship. Go to Pirateships website for prices and calculations, our zipcode is 21788
7. Handling Fee
a. We charge $5 per box for USPS
b. $5 per box for UPS or Fedex.
c. Porcelain Head dolls will be charged $10 extra per doll. Porcelain head dolls only.
d. Shipping will be combined as much as possible.
8. Shipping is done via USPS first class, USPS Priority, USPS Media Mail for qualified items, Fedex or UPS. No other forms of shipping will be accepted.
9. We are not responsible for breakage during shipping. You will be provided the tracking number so you can claim insurance.
10. Shipping to USA and Canada only. Some items may not be avilable to ship to Canada. Canadian Buyers will be responsible for paying Customs Duty Taxes upon delivery. We do not charge the duty fees in the shipping charges.
