Directions: Our Auction Facility is located in Parsonsburg on the Eastern Shore of Maryland Approx. 100 Miles north of Norfolk, VA, 55 Miles South of Dover, DE, 100 East of Washington, DC and 18 miles West of Ocean City, MD. At the intersection of Rt. 50 and the Rt. 13 Bypass merge onto Rt. 50 East towards Ocean City and follow for 3.9 miles to the intersection of Rt. 50 & Forest Grove Rd. Turn North (left) onto Forest Grove Rd. and follow for 0.5 miles to Old Ocean City Rd. Right onto Old O. C. Rd. and follow for 1.2 miles to Esham Rd. Left onto Esham Rd. and follow for 1.2 miles to burgundy/tan building on left. Signs Posted.

US Surrency: 1928 & 1953 Red Seal $2 Bills, 1963 Red Seal $5 Bills.
Civil War Letters: Civil War era letter to and from Isaac & Samuel Bullivant of NY. Isaac was born on the 5th of August 1841 in Willenhall, England to Joseph and Edith Bullivant. His Family immigrated to New York in 1842 per the 1900 Census. His younger Brother Samuel was born in 1944 in NY. The family is listed in Cochecton NY on the 1860 Census. At the age of 20 Isaac enlisted with New York's 56th Infantry Regiment Company H, as a Private in the Union Army in Newburgh, NY on 14 Oct., 1861 and was discharged in 23 Dec., 1862 in Cumberland, MD due to Disability. He returned to his home in Cochecton, NY for 13 Months. Isaac then Re-enlisted on Jan. 29th, 1964 as a Private in New York's 15th Heavy Artillery, Company M. He was promoted to Corporal. He Mustered out on 22 August, 1865 @ Washington, DC. His younger brother, Samuel also enlisted and served in the Union Army. We have Approx. 30-40 letters, Stamped Envelopes to and from the young soldiers chronicling daily life during this very tumultuous time.
ENGAGEMENTS: Issac fought in the following Engagements/Battles in Virginia Including: Wilderness, Laurel Hill, Todd's Tavern, Spotsylvania, Haines Tavern, Jericho Mills, North Anna River, Totopotomoy Creek, Bethesda Church, Cold Harbor, Petersburg, June 7, Norfolk Bust Road, Petersburg June 20, Weldon R.R. August 18, 19, 21 of 1964, Popular Grove, Pebbles Farm, Hatchers Run, Raid on Weldon R.R. Dec 7 & 12, 1864, Hatchers Run Feb. 6th. March 30 + Five forks, Discharged Sept. 1865

Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site on FRIDAY Sept. 16th, 2022 from 12 PM - 6 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for removing all items. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraiser's does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer's choice. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower, tools, boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, wheel cart or dollies needed to remove your items from the property. Items not picked up by 6 PM on Friday June 24th, 2022 will be considered abandoned.
Shipping: A&M Auctioneers and Appraiser's does not ship items, however shipping is available through the UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD or a shipper of buyer's choice. We can transport items back to our facility from the Auction Pickup site and then deliver the item(s) to a shipper for you for a fee. You will pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with getting your items to you. Shipping has become very expensive. We have no control over the cost of shipping items. Please bid accordingly.
