This is an "Online Only" Auction starting October 2, 2024 - 5 PM and ending October 10, 2024 - 7 PM. A Buyer's Premium of 20% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked up at the auction house within a week after the auction, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction House.

NO SHIPPING OF FURNITURE AVAILABLE, all furniture items must be picked up from location in the 21044 area code. Please be prepared to pick up the furniture yourself. Online bidding only. Shipping available on select lots - please see item descriptions. Your registered credit card will be automatically charged if your item is being shipped and will include buyer's pemium and shipping charges. Please make sure that the card you register with is the card you wish to use to pay for your items. If you are picking up your items, payment is due upon pickup. Only items that show 'shipping available' may be shipped. Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail when possible. If items are larger than USPS Priority Mail, items will be packaged and boxed and we use USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship and try to keep all shipping costs as minimal as possible. All costs include packaging, supplies, shipping and insurance for items that fit in Priority Mail boxes - If it cannot go Priority Mail Flat Rate, we will use the most inexpensive option. We do our best to keep costs down and only charge a nominal handling fee to cover our costs. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Shipping for this auction - everything in this auction that can ship is marked as such as are items that will not be shipped - please see item description. We use USPS Priority Mail when possible. All items will be shipped at actual shipping cost plus $8 handling for each box required Please remember that these prices include our costs for packaging, labor AND insurance on your items. Pickup: Must occur on pickup day during pickup times indicated - Any buyer who does not pick up during posted pick up times will be charged a $5 storage fee. Buyer will have SEVEN DAYS to pick up their items and, if not picked up, items will be considered abandoned and disposed of WITHOUT REFUND. It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove their items and Gigi's bears no responsibilty to safeguard any item that is not picked up during the posted pickup window. Welcome to our latest Antiques & Collectibles auction.... Buyer's Premium: " A buyer's premium of eighteen percent (18%) is added to the successful bid price of each lot. " A three percent (3%) discount is available for payments made in cash or by debit card in person only there is no exception. Items must be picked up and paid for within seventy-two (72) hours of the auction's conclusion. Debit cards must be processed in-house using a PIN; otherwise, the payment will be processed as credit cards defaulting at the 18% buyer's premium. " B and D Auctions reserves the right to require payment by wire transfer. " Maryland Sales Tax of 6% is added onto all purchases unless the buyer has a MD Sales and Tax Use number on file with B and D Auctions or the buyer has spent under $200.00. Auction Dates and Bidding: " Bidding for the auction will commence on October 11th 2024, and conclude on October 20th, 2024. " The closing of lots will begin at 10:00 AM on Sunday, October 20th, 2024, with each subsequent lot closing every six (6) seconds. " The auction features a "soft close" mechanism, whereby any bid placed within the last minute of a lot's scheduled closing will extend the closing time by an additional one (1) minute. Other lots will continue to close as scheduled. " To ensure that your bid is recorded, we recommend placing bids well before closing time as computer, internet, or user errors can occur. Inspection and Condition: " All lots are sold in "as is" condition. In-person inspection of items is highly recommended. " If you are unable to inspect items in person, please contact us for a detailed condition report. We are willing to provide additional photographs and information upon request. " Lots are sold as pictured, with many being group lots that will not be separated. The highest bid wins the entire grouping. " By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or have chosen not to personally examine them and accepts the "as is" condition.. " Electronics are powered on for pictures. If not pictured powered on buyers are to understand that electronic does not power on. They are not further tested beyond powering on. High-Value Bids: " Prospective bidders intending to place a bid exceeding two thousand dollars ($2,000) on any given lot must contact the auctioneer for pre-approval prior to placing the bid. B&D Auctions reserves the right to decline any bid or any bidder. Preview and Pickup: " Item preview will be available during the auction period from Wednesday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No appointment is required for preview. " No appointment is necessary for pick-ups. All pickups must be completed within seventy-two (72) hours of the auction's conclusion unless alternative arrangements are made with the auctioneer. " All credit cards on file will be processed on Monday morning following the close of the sale, and invoices will be emailed thereafter. " Pickup hours are Monday 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, and Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. " Items left beyond the pickup window may incur a storage fee of five dollars ($5) per lot per day, at the auctioneer's discretion. Items left for more than two (2) weeks become the property of B and D Auctions, LLC. Shipping: " Prior to bidding, please confirm that we can ship the item to you. Some items may not be eligible for in-house shipping and may require third-party shipping services. " Ensure that your chosen shipper can comply with the pickup window; storage fees will apply if unable to meet this requirement. " On the Monday following the auction, winning bidders will receive a notification via text or email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions, LLC, confirming whether shipping is required or if the items will be picked up in person. " B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to decline in-house shipping and refer to a local shipper if necessary. We ship items in-house only if confident they will arrive safely and efficiently. " Items will be shipped within ten (10) days of receiving payment. " Handling fees are calculated based on the materials and labor used, determined at the time of shipment preparation. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier available. " Shipping and handling charges will appear on statements as "ShippingSaint." " Customers must pay the shipping invoice within seventy-two (72) hours of the auction's conclusion, or the credit card on file with HiBid will be charged. Insufficient funds or declined charges for shipping will result in forfeiture of items to B and D Auctions, LLC. Payment and Forfeiture: " Items must be paid in full within seventy-two (72) hours of the auction's conclusion. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the item(s). Bidding Restrictions: " B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to refuse any bid or bidder at its sole discretion. " B and D Auctions, LLC does not guarantee the condition or authenticity of any items in this auction. It is the buyer's responsibility to look over and do research, before bidding, to determine these factors. " B and D Auctions, LLC will not ship to customers new to HiBid. Accounts created within thirty (30) days and located out of state will have their bids declined. Eastern Shore Auctions, Inc. will be selling the personal property from the estate of Ralph Doyle, Jr. of Salisbury, Maryland. Ralph's passion was cars as he loved mud trucks and street rods and had a few of his own hot rods that he loved to work on. Ralph never met a stranger and was always the happiest in the crowd. Items include an El camino race car, an S10 truck being built for racing, tools, furniture and more.
