" A three percent (3%) discount is available for payments made in cash or by debit card in person only there is no exception. Debit cards must be processed in-house using a PIN; otherwise, the payment will be processed as credit cards defaulting at the 18% buyer's premium. " Maryland Sales Tax of 6% is added onto all purchases unless the buyer has a MD Sales and Tax Use number on file with B and D Auctions or the buyer has spent under $200.00.
