Terms & Conditions
By registering for this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payments:
- After the auction closes, you will receive a settlement email with instructions to pay for any items you’ve won, including a 16% buyer’s premium and applicable taxes.
- Payment can be made via eTransfer or PayPal. Please follow the instructions in the settlement email for completing your payment.
- If you don’t see the email, please check your junk/spam folder.
- Please note that you may have won the item, or the bidding may not have met the reserve price. Review your settlement email carefully for confirmation.
Pickups and Shipping:
• Local pickups starts on Wednesday October 16th until Friday October 25th between 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Saturday/Sunday. Items can only be picked up after the auction has fully closed and payments have been made.
• All items not picked up by October 25th at 6:00 PM will be disposed of and RELISTED with NO REFUNDS issued unless other arrangements have been made.
• While we do not ship items directly, we assist buyers with shipping. A $5 handling fee per item applies, and we will provide the dimensions of your items. The buyer is responsible for arranging and providing the shipping label.
Reserve Items:
- Some items in this auction may have a reserve price. If the bidding does not meet the reserve, the item will not be sold. You will be notified if you win or if the reserve was not met.
Item Conditions:
- We inspect items as best as we can but cannot guarantee the condition of every item. Sold as-is, where-is. No refunds.
Email and Communication:
- We only send necessary emails, such as reminders when the auction is closing or if you’ve won a bid.
- You can unsubscribe from our messages at any time by replying STOP.
