Any Items not picked up on the day of pickup with incur storage charges and will only be held for 2 weeks after the auction closing. Each lot is sold AS IS & WHERE IS. There are items that may need unknown repairs etc. Even items that owners represent as running order may need maintenance work - Buyer Beware. We do check several items but do not have the time or resourses to check every single items. There are no guarantees. These are used items. All sales are final.
