RESOLD WITH NO PROCEEDS GOING TO THE BUYER.
AS - IS WHERE IS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each item is sold "as is", unless guaranteed by seller. United Country - Mid West eServices, Inc. (referred to herein as "Auction Company") assumes no liability for owner's guarantee. Some lots are subject to rights of redemption up to one hour prior to auction start time. Auction Company will work diligently to keep the site current, however, are not responsible for any items that are removed. Announcements day of auction take precedence over any written material.
Payment and pickup must be done within 10 calendar days following a Thursday auction. Auction Company reserves the right to charge the credit card on file the total purchase price plus any applicable shipping charges.
Wire transfers of any amount are accepted. Any checks in the amount of $2,000 or greater must be accompanied by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit not more than 15 days old from the bank on which the check is drawn on.
MasterCard, Visa or Discover will be accepted for charges up to $2,000.00 and only after authorization or in-person signatures have been obtained from cardholder. Auction Company reserves the right to hold assets and/or certificates of title until funds availability is confirmed.
No removal of merchandise will be allowed without the paid receipt issued by the Auction Company, no exceptions will be made. Upon payment the Auction Company will issue a receipt to be presented at the load out location.
The Auction Company reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the Auction Company shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller.
Purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items at time the Auctioneer says "Sold". Buyer must acknowledge all terms of the auction and agree not to retract the purchase offer.
If you cannot satisfy the terms of the auction please do not bid.
