All items in our sale are "as is" and and are described to the best of our abilitly. -Our pickup location is the Stress Free Solutions warehouse located at 7313 Grove Rd , Unit G Frederick, MD. (301) 685-5677 -No shipping or deliveries are availible. Please be sure to bring the proper help and vehicles to load your items. There is a 15% buyers premium and a 6% MD sales tax. -If you are a business with a Tax Exemption Certificate, please email your certificate to lboyd@stressfreeseniors.com or call (301) 683-5677 BEFORE placing your bid. It cannot be applied once the auction closes. -Our regular weekly auctions will continue, on Saturday September 4th. -Please make sure that SFS communications don't end up in your spam box! We want you to know if you are a winner!
-This is an Online Auction Only. The buyer's premium is  with MD Sales Tax of 6%. -The credit card used to register with will be charged immediately following the close of the sale. **Please note that Stress Free does not retain your credit information. It is secured by Hibid only. ** -If the payment does not go through the buyer is expected to pay at pick up. We accept card, cash, and checks. An additional 3% processing fee will be charged when paying with a card at pickup. -If a bidder has a Sales and Use Tax ID Number please contact us before the close of the current auction. The tax ID number will not be applied after the close of the auction. -All Items are "As Is" & "Where Is" with all faults. Buyers must pick up at 7313 Grove Road (Unit G) - Frederick, MD 21704 (301) 685-5677 There will be Stress Free Solutions box trucks present to help identify where to load your items, as signage pointing you in the right direction. Once aquired, items will be moved out of the loading dock bay doors. Bidder is redsponsible for all moving and loading of items. Please bring help if need be, as well as a vehicle large enought to hold your items. Pick up dates are the Friday and Saturday following the close of the sale from 9am-2pm. Items will not be held after these dates.
