Description	Stunning original painting in the manner of and attributed to Zao Wou-Ki. We base this attribution on the consignor provided appraisal with the replacement cost of Medium: Oil on canvas. Condition: Very good overall. Signature on recto and verso. Edition: Unique, original work of art! Size: 20 x1/2 x 34 inches. Frame: 27 x 41 inches. Zao Wou-Ki was a Chinese-French painter. He was a member of the Académie des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Zao Wou-Ki graduated from the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou, where he studied under Fang Ganmin and Wu Dayu. Wikipedia. Born: February 13, 1921, Beijing, China. Died: April 9, 2013, Nyon, Switzerland. On view: San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Museum Folkwang. Spouse: May Zao (m. 1958–1972). Children: Jia-Ling Zhao.
