Bidding is similiar to that of ebay type auctions it is recommend that all bidders include their maximum bid when placing any online bids. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out other bidders using the prescribed bid increments. If two people place the same bid amount the first bid placed wins that amount. On the day of the auction closing, the first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM CST and an item will close every 10 seconds there after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of that lot closing. Massey Auction Service Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, reschedule individual items or auction events and make changes to auction closing times. Server & Software Technical Issues can happen: If for any reason the system goes down or there are any technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction related technologies, Massey Auction Service Inc. reserves the right to extend, delay, suspend and/or reschedule the bidding process. Neither the company providing the software nor Massey Auction Service Inc. shall be held responsible for any missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
