This is an online coin and jewelry auction with bidding beginning on Fri. June 18th @ 7pm CST and ending with a soft close on Thurs. June 24th @ 6pm CST. included in this auction are $20, $10, $5 gold coins, foreign gold coins, silver dollars, paper money, beautiful silver and gold jewelry, costume jewelry, assorted gemstones sold in bag lots, and more! Please check all descriptions and photos before placing bids. All sales are final. Lots are described to the best of our ability. Purchases are charged to the credit card used for the registration at the close of bidding. Items are shipped using flat rate through the USPS. Any lots that cannot fit in flat rate boxes will be shipped through UPS.

All individuals registering for the auction must provide proper and complete online registration to bid. Any fields not filled in or information that cannot be verified may result in the inability for you to be in volved in the bidding process. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. There are no returns, exchanges, buybacks or refunds. Bidder waves their right to a charge back and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases.
All auction purchases will be charged to the verified credit card used for registration AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION. If you want to use a different payment method other than the credit card used for registration you must notify Massey Auction Service Inc. prior to bidding to recieve approval. All puchases made with alternative payment methods must be paid in full within 12 hours of the close of the auction. After that time if payment is still pending the purchases will then be charged to the verified credit card used for registration. All items must be paid for in full prior to pick up. If payment is withheld or there is a failure to pick up purchases at the designated times Massey Auction Service Inc. reserves the right to terminate your online bidding privileges.
Payment methods are CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, & DISCOVER. All invoices will include a 15% buyers premium added to the bidders total winning bids amount. . If paying by credit or debit card. The card being used and drivers license of the card holder must match.
Due to recent changes in the shipping processes there have been changes made to Massey Auction Service Inc. terms & conditions involving shipping & handling. Massey Auction Service Inc. will not pack and ship items that will not fit in a flat rate shipping box/container. Massey Auction Service Inc. will not initiate or orchestrate packing or shipping of larger items such as furniture. The shipping, packing & handling of these larger items will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. All scheduled pick ups by buyer cotracted 3rd party shippers will need to be scheduled through, and are subject to, the availability of the Massey Auction Service Inc. staff & facility. All 3rd party shippers must present a copy of the paid invoice in order for Massey Auction Service Inc. to release any purhases. Any international shipping arrangements need to be dicussed prior to purchase
If shipping is available on an item that has been purchased at auction the BUYER will need to call Massey Auction Service Inc at 314-517-1488 the day after the Auction ends between 9am - 2 pm to notify Massey Auction Service Inc. that shipping is needed. The buyer will need to have a valid credit card availible to pay for that shipping. All shipping & handling fees will be seperate from the auction purchase invoice.If UPS is being used for shipping Massey Auction Service Inc. will deliver the purchase to the UPS store. The UPS store will then contact the buyer and arrange packing and shipping. Massey Auction Service in no way declares, estimates, implies or guarantees the costs, limitations, requirements and/or conditions related to the shipping of any purchases through UPS. Massey Auction Service Inc. is in no way responsible for losses and/or damages as a result of the shipping and packing process. It is the sole nresponsibility of the buyer to arrange, contract and pay for the moving of larger items or any purchases that require a freight pick up or any other form of crating or shipping through any 3rd party packer or mover. Massey Auction Service Inc. reserves the right to refuse to issue a buyers number to any person and/or persons. All bidders agree to provide any information and/or identification requested to complete the registration process including but not limited to photocopies of drivers license and credit cards. Credit and/or debit cards being used in the registration and payment process must match in name and identity to the valid drivers license of the buyer.
All items must be removed during the defined dates and times designated for auction pick up. Failure to pick up and/or pay for the items purchased shall result in the items being deemed abandoned and the buyer will lose all rights, title, and/or interest in these.
During the Auction you can check the status of your bid at anytime. Note that no bids can be withdrawn after the auction for any reason.
Bidding is similiar to that of ebay type auctions it is recommend that all bidders include their maximum bid when placing any online bids. If you place a maximum bid the software will play out the bids as you would at a live auction and only uses the funds required to beat out other bidders using the prescribed bid increments. If two people place the same bid amount the first bid placed wins that amount.
On the day of the auction closing, the first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM CST and an item will close every 10 seconds there after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of that lot closing.
Massey Auction Service Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, reschedule individual items or auction events and make changes to auction closing times.
Server & Software Technical Issues can happen: If for any reason the system goes down or there are any technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction related technologies, Massey Auction Service Inc. reserves the right to extend, delay, suspend and/or reschedule the bidding process. Neither the company providing the software nor Massey Auction Service Inc. shall be held responsible for any missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
Massey Auction Service Inc. will be collecting all applicable and/or required Missouri sales tax on all internet sales. Any registered bidders with a sales tax exempt status or that have a valid sales tax permit must provide Massey Auction Service Inc. with copies of all permits and/or documentation prior to any bidding or they will be charged Missouri sales tax. Any Missouri sales tax that has been collected will not be refunded. All tax exempt documentation submitted must be in the name of the business, DBA or person that is registering to bid.
