Pick-Up, Payment, and Covid Safety
For the safety of our customers and employees we are taking extra measures to ensure that pick-ups are handled safely. Employees are wearing mask and it is recommended for anyone entering the office area also wear a mask.
Upon arrival we are asking our customers to text or call the number provided in the email or sign outside pick up area with your Bidder Number, Last Name on invoice, and a Vehicle Description ( Make/Model and Color) and remain in your vehicle.
Once information is received items will be gathered and taken out to the vehicle.
Our warehouse staff will be wearing mask when delivering your items. Customers will be responsible for loading items and assistance will be provided if needed.
For Pallet items we have a forklift onsite and will load on truck or trailer, but will be unable to assist if the pallet is being broken down and loaded, Please plan accordingly.
***PAYMENTS: The Credit Card on File is being charged at the completion of the Auction. If you would like a different card charge you must call before auction day.
In the occasion that you need to make a payment in office a face covering or mask is REQUIRED.
